What We Do
Spay and Neuter Programs
Spay and neuter programs control the stray animal population by surgically sterilizing animals to prevent reproduction. These initiatives reduce unwanted litters, helping to decrease the number of strays on the streets.

Feeding stray animals is a compassionate act that meets their immediate nutritional needs. Volunteers, animal welfare groups, and concerned citizens provide regular, nutritious meals to these stray dogs and cats.
Urgent Rescues
Urgent animal rescues are rapid responses to situations where animals are in immediate danger, such as accidents, abuse, or emergencies like floods or fires. These efforts prioritize saving lives, providing swift medical care, and ensuring safety and well-being in critical situations.
Stray Animal Issue in Sri Lanka
Sri Lanka’s stray animal issue is characterized by overpopulation, health risks, welfare concerns, and public safety hazards. Uncontrolled breeding leads to high numbers of strays, spreading diseases like rabies and causing poor health. Strays endure abuse, neglect, and harsh living conditions, posing risks to public safety and traffic.
